研究目的：

通过开展双向性观察性临床研究，通过分子实验手段检测分析不同活动度的白癜风患者以及健康人群血清金属离子紊乱情况以及皮损处黑素细胞的金属离子死亡标志物水平，描述白癜风患者外周血及皮损处金属离子紊乱的情况，揭示金属离子紊乱水平与白癜风活动度的相关性，为寻找白癜风新的发病机制及治疗靶点提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To conduct a bidirectional observational clinical study to detect and analyze the disorder of metal ions in serum of vitiligo patients and healthy people with different activity levels and the level of metal ion death markers in melanocytes in skin lesions through molecular experiments and to describe the disorder of metal ions in peripheral blood and skin lesions of vitiligo patients. To reveal the correlation between metal ion disorder level and vitiligo activity and provide theoretical basis for finding new pathogenesis and therapeutic targets of vitiligo.
