评估PSMA PET/MRI引导高危前列腺癌放射治疗的疗效增益，以期提高患者的预后。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the efficacy gains of PSMA PET/MRI guided radiotherapy for high-risk prostate cancer, in order to improve the prognosis of patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准： 1) 年龄小于18岁 2) 在随机化之前进行的任何成像或活检中方向盆腔外转移（M1疾病） 3) 既往行盆腔放射治疗 4) 放疗禁忌症（包括活动性炎症性肠病） 5) 随机化分组时同时或既往接受过前列腺手术或全身治疗 6) 既往4周之内接受过重大的外科手术（开颅、开胸或开腹手术）或者未愈合的伤口、溃疡或骨折。 7) 存在严重的代谢紊乱或全身性疾病或癌症继发反应，并可导致较高医学风险和/或生存期评价不确定性。 8) 存在可能会导致以下结果的其它急慢性疾病、精神疾病或异常实验室检测值：增加给药风险、干扰研究结果，或根据研究者的判断将患者列为不具有参加本研究的资格。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: 1) Under 18 years old 2) Any imaging or biopsy performed prior to randomization with extrapelvic metastasis (M1 disease) 3) Previous pelvic radiation therapy 4) Contraindications to radiotherapy (including active inflammatory bowel disease) 5) Simultaneous or previous prostate surgery or systemic treatment during randomization 6) Has undergone major surgical procedures (craniotomy, thoracotomy, or laparotomy) or unhealed wounds, ulcers, or fractures within the past 4 weeks. 7) There are severe metabolic disorders or secondary reactions to systemic diseases or cancer, which can lead to high medical risk and/or uncertainty in survival evaluation. 8) There may be other acute or chronic diseases, mental illnesses, or abnormal laboratory test values that may increase the risk of medication administration, interfere with research results, or classify patients as ineligible to participate in this study based on the investigator's judgment.
