研究目的：

建立小儿血压正常参考范围，为临床小儿疾病的诊治及术中小儿血压波动的调控提供重要的指导依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To establish a normal reference range for pediatric blood pressure provides important guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical pediatric diseases and the regulation of intraoperative pediatric blood pressure fluctuations.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 严重早产； 2. 器官移植； 3. 先天性心脏病变； 4. 外周血管疾病； 5. 外周上肢水肿、血管或解剖异常； 6. 双侧腋窝淋巴结清扫史； 7. 腕管综合征； 8. 改良Allen试验异常和无可触及的同侧尺脉搏； 9. 上肢瘢痕、上肢深静脉血栓和心律失常； 10. 双上肢之间的收缩压、舒张压差异为10 mmHg 或更大； 11. 不能配合研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe premature birth; 2. Organ transplant; 3. Congenital heart disease; 4. Peripheral vascular disease; 5. Peripheral upper limb edema, vascular or anatomical abnormalities; 6. History of bilateral axillary lymph node dissection; 7. Carpal tunnel syndrome; 8. Modified Allen test with abnormal and non palpable ipsilateral ulnar pulse; 9. Upper limb scars, upper limb deep vein thrombosis, and arrhythmia; 10. The difference in systolic and diastolic blood pressure between the upper limbs is 10 mmHg or greater; 11. Unable to cooperate with researchers.

试验结束后，纸质病例记录表存放在麻醉科资料室，由专人管理。电子数据保存于麻醉科专用电脑，由专人处理。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data are collected by researcher of this program and special researcher assistant. After the study, printing CRFs will be locked in reference room of anesthesiology department and managed by researchers. Electronic data will be saved in the data bank of anesthesiology department and only can be contacted by special researcher.
