Objectives of Study：

The ability of IOC2 index to predict hemodynamic fluctuations during intraoperative nociceptive stimuli in pediatric patients

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有脑部疾病（癫痫、自闭症、认知功能障碍史）； 2.心律失常的患者； 3.术前慢性疼痛病史的患者； 4.使用氯胺酮的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have a brain disorder (epilepsy, autism, history of cognitive impairment); 2. Patients with arrhythmia; 3. Patients with a history of chronic pain before surgery; 4. Ketamine used for anesthesia.
