研究目的：

希望通过本研究，总结出达芬奇机器人手术在手术指标和围手术期甚至在远期预后方面的优势。并且随着手术经验积累，优化完善出一套机器人胸外科手术相关的临床诊疗路径及指南，为国内外同行立下手术参考标准，逐步推广人工智能技术。另外逐步探索拓宽机器人手术适应症。  

Objectives of Study：

Find out the advantage of robotic surgical system in operation, perioperative period and long -term prognosis. To establish guideline for thoracic robotic surgery in China.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

既往或同期有其它恶性肿瘤病史者。
术前发现远处转移的。术前接受过化疗和/或放疗者。
妊娠或哺乳期的妇女。
严重的器质性疾病，包括活动性感染或心血管疾病。
心肺功能储备不能耐受手术者。
依从性差，不能完成按计划随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. with previous or concurrent malignant tumor;
2. with distant metastasis;
3. pregnant or lactating women;
4. severe organic disease;
5. can not stand the surgery;
6. can not complete the treatmen plan.

为每一个入组病人生成1-2之间的一个随机整数，随机整数由Excel软件里RANDOMBETWEEN函数生成；1为机器人组，2为开放组。

each qualified patient was given an random whole number between 1-2 which was generated by RANDOMBETWEEN FUNCTION in Excel Microsoft, Microsogt company. 1 means robotic group, 2 means open group.
