研究目的：

拟通过对脑卒中偏瘫患者给予常规康复结合血流限制训练，下肢肌力的恢复从而增加患者膝关节稳定性，从而改善下肢运动功能。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to provide routine rehabilitation combined with blood flow restriction training for stroke patients with hemiplegia, so as to increase the stability of knee joint and improve the motor function of lower limbs.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、未控制的高血压； 2、冠状动脉疾病； 3、不受控制的自主反射异常； 4、严重的痉挛； 5、骨折或骨折病史； 6、深静脉血栓； 7、认知功能障碍，不能配合者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Uncontrolled hypertension; 2. Coronary artery disease; 3. Uncontrolled autonomic reflex abnormalities; 4. Severe spasms; 5. History of fractures or fractures; 6. Deep vein thrombosis; 7. Cognitive impairment, inability to cooperate.

本研究为随机对照研究，研究参与者可能分配到常规康复组（A组）或是常规康复+血流限制组（B组），分组由试验人员通过计算机完全随机产生，分配比例为1：1。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

This is a randomized controlled study in which study participants may be assigned to either the conventional rehabilitation group (Group A) or the conventional rehabilitation + blood flow restriction group (Group B), with the subgroups being completely randomized by the trialists through a computer, with a 1:1 allocation ratio.

盲法：

开放标签。制定一名研究数据员，负责保存和分发随机号码，在偏瘫患者康复治疗前数据员根据excel表随机分组决定康复方式（常规康复组（A组）或是常规康复+血流限制组（B组）），并告知康复治疗师对偏瘫患者康复方式。最后由另有一名数据统计员完成所有的随访及基本信息收集。

Blinding：

Open label. A study statistician was developed to keep and distribute the randomization numbers, and before the rehabilitation treatment, the statistician decided the rehabilitation mode (regular rehabilitation group (Group A) or regular rehabilitation + blood flow restriction group (Group B)) by randomizing the groups according to the excel sheet and informed the rehabilitation therapists about the rehabilitation mode for hemiplegic patients. Finally, another statistician completed all the follow-up visits and collected basic information.

研究者通过问卷、临床疗效结果数据获取患者的一般信息，通过量表获取主要指标、次要指标，所得数据只用于研究，严格保管，坚决不泄露，不外传，不做他用。 患者的问卷信息及临床疗效信息以数据员收集为excel形式，然后导入spss进行分析。原始数据最后在http://www.medresman.org.cn/uc/project/projectadd.aspx上传。EDC

Researchers obtain general information about patients through questionnaires and clinical efficacy results data, and obtain primary and secondary indicators through scales.
