研究目的：

本课题旨在探讨针刺联合人体生物刺激反馈治疗失眠的临床效果，比较针刺联合人体生物刺激反馈和人体生物刺激反馈治疗失眠的疗效差异以及对失眠患者焦虑、抑郁症状的改善情况，以期为失眠患者提供有效的治疗方法，改善患者的睡眠质量，缓解抑郁和焦虑症状，提高患者的生活质量，为临床治疗失眠提供更多的参考依据和治疗手段。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with human biostimulation feedback in the treatment of insomnia, compare the difference in the efficacy of acupuncture combined with human biostimulation feedback and human biostimulation feedback in the treatment of insomnia, and improve the anxiety and depression symptoms of insomnia patients, so as to provide effective treatment methods for insomnia patients, improve the sleep quality of patients, and alleviate depression and anxiety symptoms. Improve the quality of life of patients and provide more reference and treatment means for clinical treatment of insomnia.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①对针刺有禁忌者。 ②患有严重基础性疾病（如：肾衰、心衰等）者。 ③存在生命体征不稳、失聪、痴呆、认知障碍、失语等无法正常交流者。 ④合并有其他精神类疾病的患者。 ⑤安装心脏起搏器患者及孕妇。

Exclusion criteria：

① There is a taboo against acupuncture. ② Suffering from serious basic diseases (such as: kidney failure, heart failure, etc.). ③ Patients with unstable vital signs, deafness, dementia, cognitive impairment, aphasia and other difficulties in normal communication. ④Patients with other mental diseases. ⑤ Patients with cardiac pacemakers and pregnant women.

将招募进本课题组的60例失眠患者按照随机数字表法分为两组，实验组30例接受针刺联合人体生物刺激反馈治疗，对照组30例接受人体生物刺激反馈治疗。随机分组，按照数字（1-60）从小到大的顺序随机进行编号，序号为奇数的纳入试验组，序号为偶数的纳入对照组。

The 60 insomnia patients enrolled in this research group were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. 30 patients in the experimental group received acupuncture combined with human biostimulation feedback treatment, and 30 patients in the control group received human biostimulation feedback treatment. The group was randomly assigned according to the order of numbers (1-60) from small to large. The odd serial number was included in the experimental group, and the even serial number was included in the control group.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

所有受试者将在治疗开始前、治疗过程中以及治疗结束后接受失眠、抑郁和焦虑的评价。这些评价将采用国际通用的量表进行，如匹兹堡睡眠质量指数( PSQI) 、睡眠状况自评量表（SRSS）、焦虑自评量表( SAS)、抑郁自评量表( SDS)。通过对比试验组和对照组在各个评价时间点的得分，能够了解针刺联合人体生物刺激反馈治疗对失眠的疗效。应用SPSS22.0统计软件对数据进行处理，均数比较采用t检验，计数资料采用X2检验，P＜0.05认为差异有统计学意义。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

All subjects will be evaluated for insomnia, depression, and anxiety before, during, and after treatment. These assessments will be conducted using internationally accepted scales such as the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), Self-Rating Sleep Status Scale (SRSS), Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), and Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS). By comparing the scores of the experimental group and the control group at each evaluation time point, we can understand the effect of acupuncture combined with human biostimulation feedback treatment on insomnia. SPSS22.0 statistical software was used to process the data. t test was used for comparison of mean numbers and X2 test was used for counting data. P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.
