研究目的：

在省妊娠糖尿病规范化管理专病数据库的基础上，成功构建辨别能力良好的 GDM 并发 PE 风险的 Nomogram 预测模型，以进一步了解该病发展规律，制定更具针对性的干预措施，并明确该模型的临床应用价值，以期为 GDM 并发 PE风险提供可靠的预测评估工具，以进一步降低 GDM 发生 PE 的风险，减少母儿不良预后，并为临床建立贯穿 GDM 孕妇整个孕期的标准化管理方案提供指导，也可一定程度上填补 GDM 发生 PE 风险预测模型的空白，同时促使本院专病科研数据库信息更具直观、安全、高效、快捷和实用性。

Objectives of Study：

Based on the provincial standardized management of gestational diabetes mellitus database, a Nomogram prediction model with good discrimination ability for the risk of GDM complicated with PE has been successfully constructed, in order to further understand the development law of the disease, develop more targeted intervention measures, and clarify the clinical application value of the model, so as to provide a reliable prediction and evaluation tool for the risk of GDM complicated with PE, further reduce the risk of PE in GDM, reduce the adverse prognosis of mother and child, and provide guidance for the clinical establishment of a standardized management program throughout the entire pregnancy of pregnant women with GDM. It can also fill the gap of the prediction model of the risk of PE in GDM to a certain extent, and promote the scientific research database information of our hospital to be more intuitive, safe, efficient, fast and practical.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）原发性高血压、冠心病病史者; （2）排除孕前糖尿病患者。（3）合并精神异常、心理障碍或意识丧失；（4）存在恶性肿瘤疾病；（5）听力丧失、语言沟通不顺畅，无法配合研究者；（6）合并感染性疾病或免疫系统疾病。（7）使用糖皮质激素引起的糖尿病；（8）无法自主配合完成研究相关检查及随访；（9）在入组前三个月内参与了其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with essential hypertension and coronary heart disease; (2) Pre-pregnancy diabetes patients were excluded. (3) Merger Mental abnormality, mental disorder or loss of consciousness; (4) There is malignant tumor disease; (5) Hearing loss and poor language communication Chang, unable to cooperate with researchers; (6) Combined with infectious diseases or immune system diseases. (7) Caused by the use of glucocorticoids Diabetes mellitus; (8) Unable to independently cooperate with the completion of study-related examinations and follow-up; (9) Participated in other activities within the first three months of enrollment clinical trials·
