研究目的：

评估OCT辅助胃镜诊断食管/胃早癌的准确性和安全性，以及OCT预测早期病变浸润深度的准确性，为OCT在消化内镜中的应用提供临床依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the accuracy and safety of OCT-assisted gastroscopy in the diagnosis of esophageal / gastric early carcinoma, and the accuracy of OCT in predicting the depth of invasion of early lesions, so as to provide clinical basis for the application of OCT in digestive endoscopy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①胃、食道进行过外科的切除、PEG、化疗等侵袭性治疗的病人（内镜下治疗除外）；②癌 TMN 分类符合 T2 以上进展期癌确诊的病人；③服用抗凝剂等不能活检的病人；④进行过胃大部切除手术；⑤恶性肿瘤病史、肿瘤标志物等检查高度怀疑罹患肿瘤可能；⑥严重心、肺、肝、肾功能不全或严重精神疾患；⑦未签署知情同意书者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients who have undergone surgical resection, PEG, chemotherapy and other invasive treatment of stomach and esophagus (except endoscopic treatment < EMR,ESD >); 2 patients whose TMN classification of cancer accords with the diagnosis of advanced cancer above T2; 3 patients who can not be biopsied by anticoagulants; 4 patients who have undergone subtotal gastrectomy; 5. Cancer history and tumor markers are highly suspected of having tumors. (6) severe heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction or serious mental illness; (7) those who have not signed the informed consent form
