研究制定全牙列固定修复临床范式，并开展科室建设,进行固定长桥冠修复临床推广，推动全牙列固定修复发展。  

Objectives of Study：

To study and formulate the clinical paradigm of full dentition fixed restoration, carry out the construction of departments, and carry out the clinical promotion of fixed long-bridge crown restoration, so as to promote the development of full dentition fixed restoration.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据由专业人员填写在患者手册里，双人双次录入数据，后续数据导出，两次不一致的再跟原始数据手册对比，应用SPSS 25.0统计学软件进行统计分析和处理，计数数据以率（%）表示，采用构成比和Wilcoxon秩和检验对不同随访时间点的临床指标进行比较分析。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The data were filled in by professionals in the patient manual, and two people entered the data twice, followed by data export, and two inconsistent data were compared with the original data manual. SPSS 25.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis and processing, and the count data were expressed as rate (%). Constituent ratio and Wilcoxon rank sum test were used to compare and analyze the clinical indicators at different follow-up time points.
