研究目的：

探讨低剂量、低对比剂联合低流速扫描技术在婴幼儿肝脏血管CTA中的应用可行性  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the feasibility of low dose, low contrast agent combined with low flow velocity scanning technique in hepatic vascular CTA in infants and young children

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

随机将2021年4月-2022年12月来我科做肝脏血管CT扫描的婴幼儿59人分为实验组与对照组。实验组（n=28）用80Kv，自动管电流，低对比剂剂量（1.5ml/kg），低流速为20s推注完成。对照组（n=31）用100Kv，自动管电流，对比剂剂量（2ml/kg），流速为16s推注完成。对比两组动脉期、门脉期、静脉期的客观及主观图像质量、辐射剂量和碘摄入量 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Fifty-nine infants who came to our department for liver vascular CT scanning from April 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group (n=28) was injected with 80Kv, automatic tube current, low contrast dose (1.5ml/kg), and low flow rate of 20s. Control group (n=31) was injected with 100Kv, automatic tube current, contrast agent dose (2ml/kg), and flow rate of 16s. Objective and subjective image quality, radiation dose and iodine intake in arterial, portal and venous phases were compared between the two groups 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

碘使用禁忌症及过敏史、甲亢、高血糖、肝肾功能不全者；体质量指数BMI≤18.5或BMI≥23.9，镇静未成功患儿

Exclusion criteria：

Iodine use contraindications and allergy history, hyperthyroidism, hyperglycemia, liver and kidney insufficiency; Body mass index ≤18.5 or BMI≥23.9,unsuccessfully sedated child
