研究目的：

（1）在进行了中国本土化改良后，通过随机对照试验评价父母认知行为训练干预对 3-6岁ADHD儿童的症状改善情况。 （2）评价参与父母认知行为训练的ADHD儿童家长的教养技能、教养压力等方面的作用效果。 （3）探索中国大陆父母对 父母认知行为训练的接受度和依从性。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) After localizing improvements in China, a randomized controlled trial was conducted to evaluate the improvement of symptoms in 3-6 year old ADHD children with behavioral parent training interventions. (2) Evaluate the effectiveness of parenting skills and stress among parents of ADHD children who participate in behavioral parent training interventions. (3) To explore the parents' acceptance and compliance to behavioral parent training interventions in Chinese Mainland.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准如下：（a）父母最近分居或正在离婚的儿童，（b）在过去12个月内经历过其他重大损失（即父母或兄弟姐妹死亡）的儿童，以及（c）在试验期间接受其他心理干预。

Exclusion criteria：

The exclusion criteria are as follows: (a) children whose parents were recently separated or were in the process of divorce, (b) children who had experienced other significant losses in the past 12 months (i.e., death of a parent or sibling), and (c) receiving other psychological interventions during the time of trial.
