研究目的：

以四川省小凉山地区的马边彝族自治县城区及乡村成人和青少年人群作为研究对象，得到该区域彝族、汉族的成人及青少年HUA、痛风、亚临床痛风最新的流行病学数据，填补当地及四川省流行病学数据的空白并为卫生行政部门进行决策提供依据；同时建立集合人口学、生活方式、生化指标和遗传信息的痛风预测模型，用于早期筛查和干预，为建立该类疾病全生命周期的防控体系打下基础。

Objectives of Study：

To obtain the latest epidemiological data of HUA, gout and subclinical gout among adults and adolescents of Yi nationality and Han nationality in urban and rural areas of Mabian Yi Autonomous County, Xiaoliang Mountain, Sichuan Province, to fill in the gaps of local and Sichuan epidemiological data and provide a basis for health administration departments to make decisions. At the same time, a gout prediction model integrating demographic, lifestyle, biochemical indicators and genetic information was established for early screening and intervention, which laid the foundation for the establishment of the whole-life cycle prevention and control system of this disease.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.未获知情同意者； 2.存在各种异常情况无法完成调查表、体格检查、超声检查及采血和留取尿标本者； 3.存在严重影响血尿酸水平的继发因素者，如某些疾病、药物（已确诊HUA或痛风在服用降尿酸药物者除外）等； 4.患有威胁生命的严重疾病者； 5.孕产妇。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Without informed consent; 2. People with various abnormal conditions who cannot complete the questionnaire, physical examination, ultrasound examination, blood collection and urine specimen collection; 3. People have secondary factors that seriously affect the level of uric acid in the blood, such as certain diseases, drugs (except those who have been diagnosed with HUA or gout and are taking uric acid lowering drugs); 4. People are suffering from serious life-threatening diseases; 5. Pregnant women.
