研究目的：

本项目拟采用超低剂量（100mg）利妥昔单抗静滴联合糖皮质激素方案 VS 吗替麦考酚酯联合糖皮质激素 VS 低剂量(500mg)利妥昔单抗联合糖皮质激素治疗天疱疮，为期52周观察比较三组间完全缓解率、停止治疗完全缓解率和糖皮质激素累积量的差异。  

Objectives of Study：

This project proposes to use an ultra-low dose (100mg) of rituximab IV combined with a glucocorticoid regimen vs. Mycophenolate mofetil combined with glucocorticoid vs low dose (500mg) of rituximab IV combined with a glucocorticoid regimen in patients of pemphigus for 52 weeks to observe and compare the difference in the rate of complete remission, complete remission off therapy and the cumulative amount of glucocorticoid.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

既往接受过RTX或RTX治疗复发者；年龄<18周岁或>80周岁的患者；有用药禁忌证，包括严重心血管疾病、严重肝肾损害、严重活动性感染、既往有严重输液反应、相关药物严重过敏史、有肿瘤病史、孕妇及哺乳期妇女、最近接种过疫苗或计划接种疫苗者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who had previously received RTX or RTX for treatment of relapse; patients aged < 18 years or > 80 years; patients with medication contraindications, including severe cardiovascular disease, severe liver and kidney damage, severe active infection, previous severe infusion reactions, history of severe allergy to related drugs, history of cancer, pregnant and lactating women, and recently vaccinated or planned vaccination.
