Objectives of Study：

1. Main research objectives: To explore the types of sublingual microcirculation disturbance in patients with different types of shock; 2. Secondary research purposes or exploratory research purposes: To explore whether different microcirculatory disorders can predict the prognosis of patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.年龄＜18岁； 2.妊娠或哺乳期女性； 3.存在口腔疾病者； 4.无创通气不能耐受脱机者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Aged < 18 years old; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. There are oral diseases; 4. Non-invasive ventilation can not tolerate offline.
