研究目的：

随着社会的发展，单纯性肥胖的发病率呈逐年上升趋势，严重影响着患者的身心健康和生活质量。穴位埋线疗法作为中医传统针灸技术的创新与发展，在治疗单纯性肥胖病上有较大的优势，既保留了传统针刺的治疗效果，又延长了腧穴的刺激时效，同时减少了患者的就诊次数，临床使用较广泛。 本研究拟以单纯性肥胖（脾虚肝郁型）患者为研究对象，通过设计临床随机对照试验，结合临床实践观察“健脾疏肝理气”穴方埋线法治疗单纯性肥胖（脾虚肝郁型）的临床疗效，为穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖的研究、应用与推广提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

With the development of society, the incidence of simple obesity is increasing year by year, which seriously affects the physical and mental health and quality of life of patients. As an innovation and development of traditional acupuncture and moxibustion technique, acupoint catgut embedding therapy has a great advantage in treating simple obesity. It not only retains the therapeutic effect of traditional acupuncture, but also prolongs the stimulating effect of acupoints, at the same time to reduce the number of patient visits, more extensive clinical use. In this study, patients with simple obesity (type of deficiency of the spleen and stagnation of the liver) were selected as subjects, and clinical Randomized controlled trial were designed, to observe the clinical effect of catgut embedding therapy on simple obesity (type of deficiency of the spleen and stagnation of the liver) combined with clinical practice, it provides the basis for the research, application and popularization of acupoint catgut embedding therapy for simple obesity.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）与上述纳入标准不完全符合者； （2）经检查可疑继发性肥胖，包括甲状腺功能减退症、多囊卵巢综合症、库欣综合征等； （3）合并有心脑血管疾病、感染性疾病、糖尿病、肝肾功能不全等原发性疾病； （4）对金属、PGLA线体等过敏和（或）外科缝合线不能吸收者 （5）月经期、妊娠期、哺乳期或有意向怀孕的女性； （6）有晕针、晕血等特殊体质； （7）凝血功能障碍，有出血倾向的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those who do not fully meet the above inclusion criteria; (2) Suspected secondary obesity after examination, including hypothyroidism, polycystic ovary syndrome, Cushing's syndrome, etc.; (3) Combined with primary diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, infectious diseases, diabetes, liver and kidney insufficiency; (4) Those who are allergic to metals, PGLA threads, etc., and/or surgical sutures cannot be absorbed (5) Women who are menstruating, pregnant, lactating or intending to become pregnant; (6) Have special constitutions such as needle sickness and blood sickness; (7) Patients with coagulation dysfunction and bleeding tendency.
