研究目的:

与手腕X线片相比较,通过高频超声测量手腕和膝关节诸骨骨化率(OR)评估儿童骨龄更便捷、且无辐射。 本研究旨在找出准确且简便的方法通过腕关节和膝关节超声测量OR评估骨龄。  

Objectives of Study:

Compared to wrist X-ray examinations, using ultrasound to measure ossification rate(OR) of long bones in the wrist and knee for assessing bone age (BA) is both more convenient and safer. This study aims to identify accurate methods for assessing BA through ultrasound-based OR measurements of the wrist and knee.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

先证组及建模组:1.手腕/膝关节发育不良; 2.骨/关节外伤史; 3.关节炎; 4.甲状腺功能异常; 5.性早熟; 6.其他可能导致骨龄异常的疾病。 验证组:未在一周内进行x线骨龄或超声骨龄检查。

Exclusion criteria:

Preceding and Modeling Groups: 1. Wrist/knee joint developmental abnormalities; 2. History of bone/joint trauma; 3. Arthritis; 4. Thyroid dysfunction; 5. Precocious puberty; 6. Other diseases that may lead to abnormal bone age. Validation Group: Not undergone X-ray or ultrasound bone age examination within the past week.

金标准或参考标准(即可准确诊断某疾病的单项方法或多项联合方法,在本研究中用于诊断是否有该病的临床参考标准):

放射学骨龄。即左手及左手腕X线检查后通过TW3-C-RUS(中华05法)评价儿童骨龄,放射学骨龄与实际年龄相差大于2岁即为异常。

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

Radiological bone age, evaluated using TW3-C-RUS (Chinese 05 method) after X-ray examination of the left hand and left wrist in children. A difference of more than 2 years between radiological bone age and calendar age is considered abnormal.

Index test:

Ultrasonic bone age. After examining the target area with ultrasound, the ossification rate is calculated. This ossification rate is then input into the mathematical model obtained from the modeling group to calculate the ultrasonic bone age. A difference of more than 2 years between ultrasonic bone age and actual age is considered abnormal.
