Objectives of Study: |
1. To explore the effects of high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation coupled with visual feedback cycling training on lower extremity motor function; 2. To explore the potential neural mechanisms by measuring the electrophysiological indicators (motor evoked potentials, MEPs) and hemodynamic indicators (functional near-infrared spectroscopy, fNIRS) before and after the intervention. |

排除标准: |
(1)Wasserman指南中建议的rTMS相关禁忌症(如心脏起搏器、颅内植入物、药物泵植入、妊娠等); (2)存在除中风以外其他导致下肢功能受损的病因; (3)患有抑郁症或使用神经精神类药物,如苯二氮卓类药物; (4)在过去3个月内对下肢肌肉进行肉毒素注射; (5)严重的失语、失用或认知障碍,无法理解并配合执行指令; (6)有严重肺部和心脏疾病、肝肾衰竭或恶性肿瘤病史等。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
(1) The Wasserman guidelines suggest contraindications for rTMS, such as pacemakers, intracranial implants, drug pump implants, pregnancy, etc; (2) Lower extremity dysfunction caused by reasons other than stroke; (3) Use of neuropsychotropic drugs such as antidepressants or benzodiazepines; (4) Injecting botulinum toxin into lower limb muscles within the past three months; (5) Severe aphasia, apraxia, or cognitive impairment, unable to understand and cooperate in executing instructions; (6) Presence of severe pulmonary and cardiovascular diseases, liver and kidney failure, or malignant tumors, etc. |
