本研究旨在探讨血清 PAF、PAF-AH 对MM患者血小板功能的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to investigate the effect of serum PAF and PAF-AH on platelet function in MM patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

仅采集患者和健康体检者血清进行检测，没有进行药物和实验干预。属于观察性研究

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

其他恶性肿瘤；肝肾功能正常；伴有认知功能障碍或精神疾病 ；两周内使用过影响凝血功能的药物；严重感染，白细胞数量＞10×109

Exclusion criteria：

Other malignancies; normal liver and kidney function; cognitive dysfunction or psychiatric illness; medication affecting coagulation used within two weeks; severe infection, white blood cell count> 10109
