研究目的：

探索注射用甲磺酸萘莫司他在离心式人工肝体外抗凝时不同凝血功能使用NM剂量的安全性和有效性，与体外局部枸橼酸抗凝（RCA）作为对照，规范NM用于离心式人工肝体外抗凝时使用剂量。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the safety and efficacy of nafamostat mesilate (NM) dose in regional anticoagulation of centrifugal artificial liver with different coagulation functions, and to standardize the dose of NM for centrifugal artificial liver anticoagulation in vitro with regional citrate anticoagulation as a comparison.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）有活动性出血及严重心功能不全或血流动力学不稳定患者； （2）同时参与其它临床实验； （3）对血制品严重过敏患者； （4）同时进行CRRT治疗； （5）已怀孕、哺乳期或计划怀孕的女性患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with active bleeding and severe cardiac insufficiency or hemodynamic instability; (2) Participating in other clinical trials; (3) Patients with severe allergy to blood products; (4) Concurrent CRRT treatment; (5) Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding or planning to become pregnant.
