Compare the effects of remidazolam and propofol on perioperative cognitive function in elderly patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并其他中枢神经系统疾病、传染性疾病的患者； 2.合并其他基础疾病（肝、肾、心血管系统疾病）； 3.具有精神类疾病； 4.对酒精或精神类药物有依赖性。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Other central nervous system diseases and infectious diseases; 2. Other underlying diseases (liver, kidney, cardiovascular system diseases); 3. Mental illness; 4. Dependence on alcohol or psychotropic substances.
