Objectives of Study:

To explore the intervention effect of Pinyin games on children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and comorbid learning disorder.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1、符合对立违抗障碍、孤独谱系障碍或其它精神障碍的临床诊断标准;2、在过去两年内有惊厥发作史;3、IQ < 80;4、听力或视觉有障碍;5、患有需立即治疗的躯体疾病。

Exclusion criteria:

Children who had a history of oppositional defiant disorder, autism spectrum disorders,or other mental disorder, convulsions in the past two years, intelligence quotient< 80, hearing or visual impairment, or who was suffering from somatic diseases requiring immediate treatment were excluded.

随机分组采用区组随机方法,设计干预组和等待组,分别以“A”和“B”标示,规定区组含量为20。使用计算机软件产生随机数字,并用随机信封法封存分组方案。当受试者确认后(签署知情同意书,并入组),随机抽取信封,由研究者根据随机编码表决定受试者分组。

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

采集到的病人的信息和实验数据将通过纸质文档或者电子文档保存,每个病人均有一个以受试时间排列的编号,在需要查找病人信息是可以通过病人的编号搜索。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

We will record patients's infromation and experiment data acording to papers or saved as eclectrical files in computer. Each patient possesses a number which comes from the experiment date and the numbers arranged follow the chronological order.
