研究目的：

1.基于时间-事件分析，探索多粘菌素B、硫酸粘菌素和头孢他啶-阿维巴坦的临床疗效与安全性事件发生的时间规律和危险分布； 2.考察包括药物暴露（AUC和Cmax）在内的潜在因素对三种药物的临床疗效及安全性的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the temporal patterns and hazard distributions of clinical efficacy and safety events for polymyxin B, colistin sulfate, and ceftazidime-avibactam based on time-to-event analysis; 2. To examine the impact of potential factors including drug exposure (AUC and Cmax) on the clinical efficacy and safety of the three drugs.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.对治疗药物过敏的患者； 2.非静脉或雾化给药； 3.非住院的患者； 4.已有数据不足以判断临床疗效结局或肾毒性的患者； 5.合并恶性肿瘤或多器官功能衰竭。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who are allergic to therapeutic drugs; 2. Non-intravenous or atomized administration; 3. Non-hospitalized patients; 4. Patients for whom the available data are insufficient to judge the clinical outcome or renal toxicity; 5. Combined with malignant tumors or multiple organ failure.
