To evaluate the correlation between MRGPRX2 expression in peripheral blood of perioperative allergic patients and perioperative drug allergic reactions.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.恶性肿瘤患者； 2.正在怀孕或哺乳期者； 3.有其他严重的肝、肾、心脏、造血、神经系统或精神疾病者； 4.研究者认为不适合入选的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with malignant tumors; 2. Those who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 3. Have other serious liver, kidney, heart, hematopoietic, nervous system or mental disorders; 4. Other conditions deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the researcher.
