随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

研究对象随机分为S组、L组、M组三组，在纳入研究对象之前，利用SPSS27.0中的随机数字生成器对即将要纳入的126究对象进行随机化分组。按顺序输入1-126即将纳入的126者，随机数种子设为20231020，通过设置得到对应的126数字，将随机数字由小至大进行排序，随后等比例分为S组、L组、M组三组。当出现第一例符合标准的研究对象时，根据此前生成的对应的随机数字进入相应的组别，直至纳入第126例。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The study subjects were randomly divided into three groups, Group S, Group L, and Group M. Prior to the inclusion of the study subjects, the randomized grouping of the 126 study subjects to be included was carried out using the random number generator in SPSS 27.0. The 126 people who were about to be included were entered in order from 1 to 126, and the random number seed was set to 20231020, and the corresponding 126 numbers were obtained through the settings, and the random numbers were sorted from smallest to largest, and subsequently divided into three groups of S, L, and M groups in equal proportions. When the first case of research subjects meeting the criteria appeared, they were entered into the corresponding groups according to the corresponding random numbers previously generated until the 126th case was included.
