探讨益生菌早期干预对极早产儿肠道菌群特征及肠道通透性的影响,为极早产儿益生菌早期干预提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study:

To investigate the effects of probiotic early intervention on the characteristics of intestinal flora and intestinal permeability in very preterm infants, and to provide a theoretical basis for probiotic early intervention in very preterm infants.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

母体或新生儿使用抗生素、先天性胃肠畸形或其他严重畸形、围产期数据不完整和研究期间自动出院。

Exclusion criteria:

Maternal or neonatal antibiotic use, congenital gastrointestinal malformations or other severe malformations, incomplete perinatal data, and automatic discharge during the study period.

补充动物双歧杆菌BB12(品牌:DiPro,厂商:丹麦hr.Hansen A/S,每6滴含有10亿CFU的双歧杆菌),6滴/d,与奶混合,直至生后28天,期间如有禁食,则暂停补充。

Supplementation with Bifidobacterium animalis BB12 (brand: DiPro, manufacturer: hr.Hansen/S, Denmark, 1 billion CFU of Bifidobacterium animalis per 6 drops), 6 drops per day, mixed with milk, until 28 days postpartum, during which time supplementation is suspended if fasting.
