1、探究阴道微生物与子宫内膜的关系:研究旨在深入分析阴道微生物群落的变化对子宫内膜的影响。阴道微生物群落对于维持阴道健康和预防感染起着关键作用,而子宫内膜的状态直接影响到胚胎的植入和发育。因此,探究这两者之间的关系对于生育健康具有重要意义。 2、评估细胞衰老在子宫内膜厚度中的作用:研究将关注衰老在子宫内膜中的积累如何影响子宫内膜的功能和容受性。随着年龄的增长,子宫内膜的细胞外基质、血管化以及细胞形态和功能均会发生变化,这些变化可能导致子宫内膜对胚胎的接受能力下降。 3、探讨阴道微生物如何影响胚胎发育:研究将分析阴道微生物群落的变化如何与胚胎的发育的关联。阴道微生物群落可能通过调节免疫反应、维持生殖道黏膜屏障的完整性等方式,对胚胎的植入和发育的影响。 4、为生殖健康提供新的理论依据和干预措施:通过深入研究阴道微生物与子宫内膜及胚胎发育之间的关系,可以为促进生殖健康提供新的理论依据。同时,这些研究也可能为改善不孕症患者的着床率及妊娠结局提供新的干预措施,如通过调节阴道微生物群落、改善生活方式和饮食习惯等方式来优化生育环境。 |

Objectives of Study: |
1. Explore the relationship between vaginal microorganisms and endometrium: The study aims to deeply analyze the impact of changes in vaginal microbial community on endometrium. The vaginal microbial community plays a key role in maintaining vaginal health and preventing infection, and the state of the endometrium directly affects embryo implantation and development. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore the relationship between the two for reproductive health. 2. Assess the role of cellular aging in endometrial thickness: The study will focus on how the accumulation of aging in the endometrium affects the function and receptivity of the endometrium. With age, the extracellular matrix, vascularization, and cell morphology and function of the endometrium all change, and these changes may lead to a decreased receptivity of the endometrium to the embryo. 3. Explore how vaginal microorganisms affect embryonic development: The study will analyze how changes in vaginal microbial communities are related to embryonic development. Vaginal microbial community may affect embryo implantation and development by regulating immune response and maintaining the integrity of reproductive tract mucosal barrier. 4. Provide new theoretical basis and intervention measures for reproductive health: Through in-depth study of the relationship between vaginal microorganisms, endometrium and embryonic development, a new theoretical basis can be provided for promoting reproductive health. At the same time, these studies may also provide new interventions to improve the implantation rate and pregnancy outcome of infertility patients, such as optimizing the fertility environment by regulating vaginal microbial community, improving lifestyle and eating habits, etc. |

排除标准: |
1.患者依从性差; 2.大量活动性阴道出血; 3.生殖道结核未经抗结核治疗者; 4.严重的心、肺、肝、肾等脏器疾病等; 5.无性生活史。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
1.Poor patient compliance; 2.Massive active vaginal bleeding; 3.Reproductive tract tuberculosis without anti-tuberculosis treatment; 4.Severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and other organ diseases; 5.No history of sexual life. |
