探索中低强度和中等强度有氧运动对卒中后失眠患者主观和客观方式评估的睡眠指标的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of low-intensity and moderate-intensity aerobic exercise on subjective and objective assessment of sleep indicators in patients with insomnia after stroke.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.因脑外伤、凝血功能障碍、颅内动脉瘤等导致的脑出血患者； 2.循环系统疾病，如心力衰竭、不稳定性心绞痛等影响运动的病患； 3.呼吸系统疾病，如哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、呼吸衰竭等； 4.患有下肢肌肉骨骼疾病影响进行卧式踏车训练者； 5.服用影响心率药物者（如β受体阻滞剂）； 6.发病前伴有严重睡眠障碍病史者或卒中发病前2w使用过辅助睡眠类药物者; 7.有除失眠症外其他睡眠障碍者； 8.合并焦虑、抑郁及其他精神疾病者； 9.意识不清或痴呆不能配合及独立回答医务人员的提问，不能配合康复干预者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with cerebral hemorrhage caused by brain trauma, coagulation dysfunction, intracranial aneurysms, etc. ; 2.Circulatory system diseases, such as heart failure, unstable angina and other patients affecting exercise ; 3. Respiratory diseases, such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, respiratory failure, etc. ; 4.Patients with lower extremity musculoskeletal diseases affecting horizontal treadmill training ; 5.Taking drugs that affect heart rate ( such as β-blockers ) ; 6.Patients with a history of severe sleep disorders before the onset of the disease or who had used auxiliary sleep drugs 2 weeks before the onset of stroke ; 7.People with other sleep disorders except insomnia ; 8.Patients with anxiety, depression and other mental illness ; 9.Unconscious or dementia can not cooperate and independently answer the questions of medical staff, and can not cooperate with rehabilitation intervention.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

研究人员采用SPSS 25.0软件生成随机数字并编制随机分配卡，用不透光的标号信封密封并按顺序排列进行随机方案隐藏，当有合格的受试者被纳入时，按其进入的顺序拆开相对应的标号信封，严格根据信封内卡片的内容给予干预，不作任何更改。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The researchers used SPSS 25.0 software to generate random numbers and compile random allocation cards, sealed them with opaque labeled envelopes and arranged them in order for random scheme hiding. When qualified subjects were included, the corresponding labeled envelopes were opened according to the order they entered, and intervention was given strictly according to the contents of the cards in the envelopes without any changes.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集通过病例记录表采集，数据管理由专业统计人员采用Epidata3.1软件进行数据录入源文件的制作及录入测试，工作人员双人双次录入数据并导出， 并由专业统计人员进行数据的整理，比对原始材料进行校对。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data were collected through case records, and data management was conducted by professional statisticians using Epidata3.1 software to make data entry source files and input tests.
