研究目的：

探讨AVM较传统肺保护通气策略对腹腔镜手术患者术中心肺功能及预后的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

We want to study the effects of adaptive ventilation mode on cardiorespiratory function and prognosis in patients undergoing Laparoscopic surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）拒绝参与实验，不签知情同意书者；2）患者近4周有上感症状或肺部感染症状疾病，胸部X片提示肺炎；3）有胸腔积液；4）有影响胸廓顺应性的疾病如鸡胸、漏斗胸、胸部外伤及手术史等；5）有神经肌肉功能障碍病史；6）有严重心血管事件、肺、肾及造血系统疾病等；7）BMI > 30kg/m2。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients refuse to participate in experiment;
2. Patients with upper respiratory tract or pulmonary infections in recent 4 weeks;
3. Patients with significant pleural effusion;
4. Previous thoracic surgery or neurosurgery;
5. Major cardiovascular, pulmonary, renal, and hematological disorders;
6. body mass index(BMI)>30 kg/m2.
