研究目的：

通过制定运动处方结合常规治疗治疗陈旧性踝关节扭伤，观察踝扭伤患者的疼痛、关节活动度、踝关节功能改善情况，完善运动处方的制定，通过学术讲座、科普、论文等形式进行技术推广，以期为临床医师制定踝关节扭伤运动处方提供科学、客观的依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the improvement of pain, range of motion (ROM) and function of ankle joint in patients with ankle sprain and to improve the formulation of sports prescription, through academic lectures, popular science, papers and other forms of technology promotion, in order to provide clinical doctors with a sprained ankle sports prescription to provide scientific and objective basis.
