研究目的：

通过观察正常人、胰岛素抵抗患者、PCOS伴或不伴胰岛素抵抗患者血清MCH的浓度变化及差异，探讨PCOS患者血清MCH浓度变化与PCOS患者胰岛素抵抗及性激素的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. By observing the changes and differences of serum MCH concentration in normal people, insulin resistance patients, and PCOS patients with or without insulin resistance, the correlation between serum MCH concentration changes in PCOS patients and insulin resistance and sex hormones in PCOS patients was investigated.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准 1）PCOS患者同时患有引起雄激素升高的肿瘤、垂体肿瘤、先天性肾上腺皮质増生、库欣综合征、高泌乳素血症及甲状腺功能异常等其他内分泌疾病； 2）有严重的心脑血管疾病，肝肾功能障碍及其他严重器质性疾病者； 3）3个月内使用过二甲双胍及胰岛素增敏剂如罗格列酮、吡格列酮等改善胰岛素抵抗的药物及使用类固醇激素、甲状旁腺激素、降钙素、维生素D制剂等影响体内性激素、糖脂代谢、维生素D代谢的药物； 4）既往有滥用药物史、酗酒者； 5）有精神病史、恶性肿瘤、哺乳期妇女及长期服用避孕药的妇女； 6）3个月内有外伤、手术、合并严重急、慢性感染者； 7）合并有肝炎、结核等传染性疾病者；

Exclusion criteria：

1) PCOS patients also suffer from androgen elevation tumors, pituitary tumors, congenital adrenal cortical growth, Cushing's syndrome, hyperprolactinemia, thyroid dysfunction and other endocrine diseases; 2) have serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction and other serious organic diseases; 3) Used metformin and insulin sensitizers such as rosiglitazone, pioglitazone and other drugs to improve insulin resistance, and used steroid hormones, parathyroid hormone, calcitonin, vitamin D preparations and other drugs that affect sex hormones, glucose and lipid metabolism and vitamin D metabolism in the body within 3 months; 4) Those who have a history of drug abuse or alcoholism; 5) Women with a history of mental illness, malignant tumors, breastfeeding women and long-term use of contraceptives; 6) Trauma, surgery, severe acute and chronic infection within 3 months; 7) Patients with infectious diseases such as hepatitis and tuberculosis;
