研究目的：

探索补充分离乳清蛋白加HMB、维生素D3联合运动康复干预对老年人肌少症防治效果的作用，为老年肌少症的营养运动干预提供科学依据。

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of supplementing isolated whey protein with HMB and vitamin D3 combined with exercise rehabilitation intervention on the prevention and treatment of elderly sarcopenia, and to provide scientific basis for nutritional exercise intervention of elderly sarcopenia.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有严重的卒中及认知功能障碍及行动不便者 2.既往有精神疾病史，或有理解、听觉、视觉障碍，无法正常沟通者 3.有严重胃肠道疾病者（严重慢性腹泻、恶心、呕吐、胃肠道梗阻、炎症性肠病等）或严重营养不良者 4.存在运动禁忌症者：如有严重的骨骼肌肉疾患或心、肝、肾等重要脏器功能不全者；有脊柱神经损伤史等 5.体内植入电子设备或金属 6.对干预膳食可能过敏者 7.正在服用各类蛋白补充剂（相当于每日额外补充蛋白质>10g）或参加其他的临床试验项目者 8.有其他重大医学或心理疾病的迹象，被调查者认为不适合参加研究者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe stroke, cognitive dysfunction and mobility impairment 2. Previous history of mental illness, or understanding, hearing, visual impairment, unable to communicate normally 3. People with severe gastrointestinal diseases (severe chronic diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, gastrointestinal obstruction, inflammatory bowel disease, etc.) or severe malnutrition 4. There are sports contraindications: such as serious musculoskeletal disorders or heart, liver, kidney and other important organ insufficiency; History of spinal nerve injury 5. Implantation of electronic devices or metals in the body 6. People who may be allergic to the intervention diet 7. Those who are taking various protein supplements (equivalent to an additional daily supplement of protein 10g) or participating in other clinical trials 8. There are other signs of significant medical or mental illness that the respondent considers unsuitable for participating in the study(YNMT)·

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	1. 数据采集：以面对面随访的形式收集所有的问卷资料。在规定时间，通知受访对象到指定的地点进行体检和血样采集，并填写CRF表。数据不能任意修改，如确实需要修改，可将原数据用两横线划去（要保证原数据依然可见），并在旁边写上正确数据，且需要签署姓名和注明日期（如有必要）。 2. 数据管理：采用EpiData软件进行数据的录入。为了确保数据录入的准确性，采用双份录入的方式。数据录入结束后需要对数据进行逻辑检查和清理，清理结束后要对数据进行质量抽检，随机抽取数据文件中的5%的记录，对全部变量或主要变量进行手工比对，检查录入的数据与原始数据是否一致。
