探讨极低碳水化合物饮食治疗联合大剂量维生素D补充对超重或肥胖患者干预后是否能明显改善其代谢异常相关指标及表型体征  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate whether very low-carbohydrate dietary treatment combined with high-dose vitamin D supplementation significantly improves metabolic abnormality-related indices and phenotypic signs in patients with overweight or obese.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）经临床医生评估不适合生酮饮食的患者； （2）孕妇和哺乳期妇女； （3）正在服用减肥药物或准备进行减肥手术的患者； （4）在过去一年中曾使用生酮饮食减肥的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients who have been assessed by a clinician to be unsuitable for the ketogenic diet; (2) Pregnant and lactating women; (3) Patients who are taking weight loss medications or preparing for bariatric surgery; (4) Patients who have used the ketogenic diet for weight loss in the past year.

本研究采用分层区组随机，分层因素为BMI（24 kg/m2≤BMI<28 kg/m2，BMI≥28 kg/m2），干预预计样本量为试验组和对照组各100例，共200例。其中，每层各100例受试者，试验组和对照组按照1:1进行分配（即每一层试验组和对照组各50例）。统计师采用SAS 9.4软件应用分层区组随机化方法生成受试者随机分组表。根据分层因素BMI（BMI<28 kg/m2，BMI≥28 kg/m2）每层各生成100个受试者随机号。24 kg/m2≤BMI<28 kg/m2的受试者随机号为1001-1100，BMI≥28 kg/m2的受试者随机号为2001-2100。随机表生成之后，制作成随机卡片进行随机化。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The present study used stratified blocked randomisation, with the stratification factor being BMI (24 kg/m2 ≤ BMI < 28 kg/m2 and BMI ≥ 28 kg/m2), and a total of 200 subjects (100 for treatment group and100 for control group). The treatment group and control group were allocated by a ratio of 1:1 (i.e., 50 subjects in each stratum). The statistician used SAS 9.4 software to generate random table by applying stratified blocked randomisation. Random numbers were generated for each stratum based on BMI. Random numbers of 1001-1100 were generated for subjects with 24 kg/m2 ≤ BMI<28 kg/m2 and random numbers of 2001-2100 were generated for subjects with BMI ≥28 kg/m2. Finally, we used randomisation cards to perform randomisation.
