分析呼吸训练调节盆腹正常呼吸力学后大脑功能相关指标、情绪、睡眠等改善情况  

Objectives of Study：

The related indexes of brain function, mood and sleep were analyzed after breathing training adjusted the normal respiratory mechanics of pelvis and abdomen

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）产后3个月后接受盆腹呼吸训练者 （2）需观察指标记录不完整、缺失 （3）病史有腰腹部手术史者 （4）肿瘤病史 （5）呼吸系统疾病病史患者 （6）呼吸训练次数小于2天

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients who received pelvic breathing training 3 months after delivery (2) Incomplete and missing records of observed indicators (3) Medical history Patients with a history of lumbar and abdominal surgery (4) Tumor history (5) Patients with a history of respiratory diseases (6) The frequency of breathing training is less than 2 days
