研究目的:

1.分析并评价claudin18.2不同克隆抗体间表达的一致性,提高诊断精准性,为临床用药提供依据; 2.通过人工智能方法实现更准确、客观的claudin18.2蛋白表达的定量化分析,并评价基于深度学习人工智能方法检测claudin18.2表达定量化评估的可行性与准确性; 3.开展基于深度学习人工智能诊断对比免疫组化检测claudin18.2表达状态的前瞻性研究,评价基于深度学习人工智能诊断检测claudin18.2表达状态的可行性与准确性;对比基于深度学习人工智能诊断检测claudin18.2表达状态与传统免疫组化检测策略的成本效益比。  

Objectives of Study:

1. To analyze and evaluate the consistency of the expression between different clonal antibodies of claudin18.2, further to improve the accuracy of diagnosis, and provide a basis for clinical treatment; 2. To achieve a more accurate and objective quantitative analysis of Claudin18.2 protein expression through artificial intelligence methods, and evaluate the feasibility and accuracy of quantitative evaluation of Claudin18.2 expression based on deep learning artificial intelligence methods; 3. To carry out a prospective study on the detection of claudin18.2 expression state based on deep learning artificial intelligence diagnosis compared with immunohistochemistry, and evaluate the feasibility and accuracy of detecting claudin18.2 expression state based on deep learning artificial intelligence diagnosis cost-effectiveness ratio of claudin18.2 expression status detection based on deep learning artificial intelligence diagnosis and traditional immunohistochemical detection strategy.

排除标准:

1.病理切片可见较大的皱褶、掉片现象; 2.病理切片扫描不清晰、未准确对焦; 3.患者临床病理资料不完善。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Pathological sections can be seen with large wrinkles and film drops; 2. The pathological section scan is not clear and does not focus accurately; 3. The patient's clinical pathological data is not perfect.

Artificial intelligence algorithms calculate the Claudin 18.2 antibody evaluation score, and calculate the artificial intelligence model to predict the expression status of Claudin 18.2 in digestive system tumors (such as gastric cancer) through H&E slices.
