纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有未控制的高血压、糖尿病等全身系统性疾病者； 2.怀孕及哺乳期妇女； 3.不愿签署知情同意书者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients suffering from uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes and other systemic diseases; 2. Pregnant and breastfeeding women; 3. Patients who do not wish to sign the informed consent form.
