研究目的：

研究采用多中心、单盲、整群随机对照试验的研究方法。以电子药盒数字健康技术为基础，探索新型病例综合管理模式，评价综合管理模式对于患者治疗依从性和患者治愈率的改善效果，为我国制定布病病例管理措施和策略提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The study utilized a multicenter, single-blind, cluster-randomized controlled trial design. A new integrated management model based on the electronic monitors and evaluates effectiveness of this model on patient compliance and cure rate, providing valuable reference information for developing strategies and measures for case management of human brucellosis in China.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）有交流障碍（包括精神疾患，视觉、听觉和语言障碍等）的患者。 （2）感染人类免疫缺陷病毒、或正在进行化疗、或罹患其他免疫系统疾病、或严重心肺功能不全、或肝硬化等严重疾患的患者。 （3）有严重并发症风险的患者。 （4）既往有过电子药盒使用经历的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with communication disorders (including mental disorders, visual, hearing and language disorders); 2. Patients infected with the human immunodeficiency virus, or undergoing chemotherapy, or suffering from other diseases of the immune system, or severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, or cirrhosis of the liver; 3. Patients at risk of serious complications; 4. Patients with previous experience in using electronic monitors.

运用简单随机方法对参与乡镇群组进行整群随机化，将20个乡镇群组以1：1比例分为干预组乡镇群组和对照组乡镇群组。由第三方人员应用SPSS 24.0统计软件产生随机数字及随机分配表，等比例随机分为2组。
