通过建立基于正常人和双相情感障碍、抑郁症患者的大样本脑电数据集,利用机器学习分类方法,实现个体脑功能活动在高维空间中的表征,辅助鉴别并量化评估双相情感障碍的脑电生理研究,并实现对抑郁症和双相情感障碍相关的异常脑功能在个体水平上的脑电定量评估。本研究基于脑电定量评估结果,以期提供更客观的神经生物学标志物提高诊断准确性,结合临床症状、神经认知和神经电生理评估,对患者个体临床信息进行整合,将为个体化临床诊疗提供数据基础。 |

Objectives of Study: |
By establishing a large-sample EEG dataset based on normal individuals and patients with bipolar disorder and depression, and utilizing machine learning classification methods to achieve the characterization of individual brain functional activities in high-dimensional space, this study aids in identifying and quantitatively assessing the EEG physiology of bipolar disorder, as well as realizing the quantitative assessment of EEG at the individual level for the abnormal brain functions associated with depression and bipolar disorder. This study is based on the results of quantitative EEG assessment, with a view to providing more objective neurobiological markers to improve diagnostic accuracy, and integrating individual patient clinical information with clinical symptoms, neurocognitive and neurophysiological assessments, which will provide a data basis for individualized clinical diagnosis and treatment. |

排除标准: |
病例排除标准 (1)既往诊断精神分裂症、分裂情感性精神障碍及其它疾病伴发的精神障碍; (2)既往或目前患有癫痫等脑部器质性损伤或存在脑部随机放电现象的其它疾病;或者严重躯体疾病研究者认为不适合入组本项研究; (3)1年内有酒精或精神活性物质滥用或依赖史。 健康对照排除标准 (1)既往或目前患有癫痫等脑部器质性损伤或存在脑部随机放电现象的其它疾病;或者严重躯体疾病研究者认为不适合入组本项研究; (2)长期服用止痛药、镇静药、睡眠药、皮质醇类药物、抗癫痫药,治疗高血压和心脏病药物等; (3)两系三代内有精神障碍阳性家族史者。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
Case exclusion criteria (1) Previous diagnosis of schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, and mental disorders associated with other diseases; (2) Previous or current organic brain damage such as epilepsy or other diseases with the presence of random brain discharge phenomena; or severe physical illnesses the investigator considers unsuitable for enrollment in this study; (3) History of alcohol or psychoactive substance abuse or dependence within 1 year. Exclusion Criteria for Healthy Controls (1) Previous or current organic brain damage, such as epilepsy, or other diseases with random brain discharges; or serious physical illnesses that the investigator considers unsuitable for enrollment in this study; (2) Long-term use of painkillers, tranquilizers, sleep medications, cortisol drugs, antiepileptic drugs, medications for high blood pressure and heart disease; (3) Those with a positive family history of mental disorders within two lines and three generations. |
