研究目的：

通过严格的随机、平行对照、分配隐藏和评估者盲法观察站桩气功对帕金森病患者比萨综合征干预效果及长期影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The effect and long-term effect of Zhanzhuang Qigong on Pisa syndrome in patients with Parkinson's disease were observed by strict randomization, parallel control, assignment concealment and evaluator blind method.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）患有较严重的心、肺、肝、肾功能障碍或癌症等的患者； （2）合并严重膝骨关节炎、膝部外伤等严重膝部疾病导致无法站立者； （3）脊柱及脊柱周围肌肉、韧带等存在器质性损失病史，不宜进行脊柱训练者.

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with more serious heart, lung, liver, kidney dysfunction or cancer; (2) Unable to stand due to severe knee diseases such as severe knee osteoarthritis and knee trauma; (3) There is a history of organic loss of the spine and the muscles and ligaments around the spine, and it is not suitable for spine training;
