研究目的：

1.主要目的：使用人工智能算法对肠镜下病变进行虚拟染色，验证虚拟染色组在结直肠息肉病变检查中的图像质量不劣于靛胭脂染色组。 2.次要目的： （1）以组织病理学为参考标准，虚拟染色组与靛胭脂染色组的诊断正确率； （2）虚拟染色组与靛胭脂染色组工藤分型的诊断一致性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main Objective: To use artificial intelligence algorithm to perform virtual staining of lesions under colonoscopy, and to verify that the image quality of the virtual staining group in the examination of colorectal polyp lesions is not inferior to the indigo carmine staining group. 2. Secondary objectives: (1) The diagnostic accuracy of virtual staining group and indigo carmine staining group with Histopathology as a reference standard; (2) The diagnostic consistency of the virtual staining group and the Indigo carmine staining group.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 患有严重心脏，肺，肝脏或肾脏疾病； 2. 怀孕或处于哺乳期； 3. 伴有肠狭窄、梗阻、穿孔或占位性病变； 4. 服用抗凝血剂或有严重的凝血障碍； 5. 缺乏自发决策能力、患有严重的精神疾病； 6. 经研究者判断认为不适合参与本试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from severe heart, lung, liver, or kidney diseases; 2. Pregnant or breastfeeding; 3. With intestinal stricture, obstruction, perforation or occupying lesions; 4. Taking anticoagulants or have severe clotting disorders; 5. Lack of spontaneous decision-making ability, severe mental illness; 6. Patients judged by the investigator to be unsuitable for participation in this trial.
