研究目的：

研究2型糖尿病患者一级亲属罹患糖尿病的危险程度与肠道菌群变化有无相关性，明确其菌群变化与炎症、相关代谢指标及胰岛功能的关系。

Objectives of Study：

Study the correlation analysis between the risk factors of first-degree relatives of type 2 diabetes mellitus and intestinal flora,and clarify the relationship between intestinal flora changes and inflammation, metabolic and islet function.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.已知或疑似对干预产品过敏。
2. 在试验期间妊娠、哺乳、计划妊娠或没有使用恰当避孕方法的育龄期女性（绝育、宫内节育器（IUD）、口服避孕药或屏障避孕法）。
3.在筛选前14天内接受了抗生素治疗者。
4. 随机分组前90天内发生急性冠状动脉事件或急性脑血管事件
5.肝功能病变者（肝功能在正常值3倍以上）
6.肾功能受损，定义为根据肾病膳食改良（MDRM）公式（4变量版本）计算肾小球滤过率估计值（eGFR）<60 ml/min/1.73 m2
7.精神障碍，不愿意或因语言障碍无法恰当理解或遵守研究程序

Exclusion criteria：

1. Known or suspected to be allergic to intervention products;
2. pregnancy, lactation, planning pregnancy during experiment or women of childbearing age not using proper contraceptive methods(sterilization, IUD, oral contraceptive or barrier contraception);
3. Antibiotics were received within 14 days of screening;
4. Acute coronary events or acute cerebrovascular events occurred within 90 days before random grouping;
5. Liver function lesion (liver function is 3 times higher than normal);
6. Renal function was impaired and defined to calculate the estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) < 60 ml/min / 1.73 m2, according to the MDRM formula (4 variable version);
7. Mental disorders, unwilling or unable to properly understand or comply with the research procedures due to language barriers.
