研究目的：

本研究目的在于通过建立从创伤暴露之时到1年后PTSD症状变化的动态随访队列，建立PTSD早期预测体系，从而为PTSD的预防和干预提供潜在的靶点。此外，通过与华西电子病历数据库及成都市医保数据库的数据互联，我们可进一步获得队列参与者的远期健康、疾病信息。以此探究心理应激对创伤后躯体和社会功能康复、以及躯体疾病发生发展之间的关联。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to establish a dynamic follow-up queue for PTSD symptom changes from the time of trauma exposure to one year later, and to establish an early prediction system for PTSD, thereby providing potential targets for prevention and intervention of PTSD. In addition, through data interconnection with the West China Electronic Medical Record Database and the Chengdu Medical Insurance Database, we can further obtain long-term health and disease information of queue participants. To explore the correlation between psychological stress and the recovery of physical and social functions after trauma, as well as the occurrence and development of physical diseases.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除条件： 1、急诊头颅CT扫描显示存在任何脑结构异常 2、出现意识障碍，或因躯体疾病问题在院期间无法完成量表测评以及生物标本采集 3、陈旧性损伤 > 6个月 4、创伤后持续遗忘 > 24小时（昏迷＞24小时不算在其中） 5、病理性骨折，病理性受伤（如肿瘤患者）

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency cranial CT scan shows any brain structural abnormalities 2. Consciousness disorders or inability to complete scale assessments and biological specimen collection during hospitalization due to physical illness 3. Old injury>6 months 4. Persistent forgetting after trauma>24 hours (coma>24 hours is not included) 5. Pathological fracture, pathological injury (such as tumor patients)
