研究目的:

1. 研究发酵乳杆菌F6、植物乳杆菌PL152和双歧杆菌BAPerfectus006对骨密度、骨骼肌量变化的影响。 2. 研究发酵乳杆菌F6、植物乳杆菌PL152和双歧杆菌BAPerfectus006对肠道菌群结构及代谢产物的影响。 3. 明确发酵乳杆菌F6、植物乳杆菌PL152和双歧杆菌BAPerfectus006通过调控肠道菌群及其代谢物对骨密度、骨骼肌量发挥健康效应的机制。 4. 比较发酵乳杆菌F6、植物乳杆菌PL152和双歧杆菌BAPerfectus006对骨密度、骨骼肌量的健康效应机制的区别。  

Objectives of Study:

1. To investigate the effects of Lactobacillus fermentum F6, Lactobacillus plantarum PL152 and Bifidobacterium lactis BAPerfectus006 on bone mineral density and skeletal muscle mass. 2. To study the effects of Lactobacillus fermentum F6, Lactobacillus plantarum PL152 and Bifidobacterium lactis BAPerfectus006 on the structure and metabolites of gut microbiota. 3. To elucidate the mechanism of the health effects of Lactobacillus fermentum F6, Lactobacillus plantarum PL152 and Bifidobacterium lactis BAPerfectus006 on bone mineral density and skeletal muscle mass by regulating gut microbiota and its metabolites. 4. To compare the mechanism of health effects of Lactobacillus fermentum F6, Lactobacillus plantarum PL152 and Bifidobacterium lactis BAPerfectus006 on bone mineral density and skeletal muscle mass.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 妊娠期、哺乳期、计划怀孕者; 2. 有以下疾病者:炎症性肠病(溃疡性结肠炎、Crohn疾病、不确定性结肠炎等),中重型肠易激综合症,传染性、溃疡性胃肠炎,营养吸收障碍或吸收不良(如乳糜泻,脂泻病等),大型胃肠道手术(除了胆囊切除术和阑尾切除术之外),严重肾病,严重肝病,严重糖尿病,恶性肿瘤,神经精神疾病(如抑郁症且长期服药),甲状旁腺疾病等; 3. 长期服用影响胃肠道或骨骼矿物质代谢的药物(如抗生素、雌激素类药物等); 4. 长期服用膳食补充剂(如益生菌、膳食纤维、维生素、钙片等)产品者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Pregnancy, lactation, planning pregnancy 2. People with the following diseases: Inflammatory bowel disease (ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, uncertain colitis, etc.), moderate to severe irritable bowel syndrome, infectious, ulcerative gastroenteritis, nutrient malabsorption or malabsorption (such as celiac disease, steatosis, etc.), major gastrointestinal surgery (in addition to cholecystectomy and appendectomy), severe kidney disease, severe liver disease, severe diabetes, Malignant tumors, neuropsychiatric diseases (such as depression and long-term medication), parathyroid diseases, etc.. 3. Long-term use of drugs that affect gastrointestinal tract or bone mineral metabolism (such as antibiotics, estrogens, etc.). 4. Long-term use of dietary supplement products (such as probiotics, dietary fiber, vitamins, calcium tablets, etc.) .
