研究目的：

1.基于本团队对2型糖尿病脾胃湿热证及黄芪四妙汤的前期工作进一步研究，为2型糖尿病脾胃湿热证的生物学基础探索提供表观遗传学参考； 2.观察黄芪四妙汤对2型糖尿病脾胃湿热证差异基因甲基化表达的影响，从DNA甲基化角度探讨黄芪四妙汤治疗2型糖尿病脾胃湿热证的作用机制； 3.通过功能验证及分析，探讨黄芪四妙汤干预2型糖尿病脾胃湿热证DNA甲基化相关的关键基因及通路。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Based on the team's further research on the preliminary work of type 2 diabetes with spleen stomach damp heat syndrome and Huangqi Simiao Decoction, it provides epigenetic reference for the exploration of the biological basis of type 2 diabetes with spleen stomach damp heat syndrome; 2. To observe the effect of Huangqi Simiao Decoction on the expression of differential gene methylation in type 2 diabetes with spleen stomach damp heat syndrome, and to explore the mechanism of Huangqi Simiao Decoction in treating type 2 diabetes with spleen stomach damp heat syndrome from the perspective of DNA methylation; 3. Through functional verification and analysis, explore the key genes and pathways related to DNA methylation in the intervention of Huangqi Simiao Decoction in type 2 diabetes with spleen stomach damp heat syndrome.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.六个月内有糖尿病酮症酸中毒、恶性高血压、心肌梗塞、脑血管意外、心衰等危急重症病史者； 2.近期内(4周内)有严重感染者； 3.合并心、肝、脑、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病，癌症、精神病患者； 4.妊娠或准备妊娠、哺乳期妇女； 5.已知对该类药物过敏及严重过敏体质者； 6.近3个月内参加其他临床药物试验的患者； 7.对本研究了解不充分、不愿参加，或依从性差者；不合作者(不能配合饮食控制,或不按规定用药而影响疗效判定者)。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Those who have a history of critical and serious diseases such as diabetes ketoacidosis, malignant hypertension, myocardial infarction, cerebrovascular accident, heart failure, etc. within six months; 2. There are severe infections in the near future (within 4 weeks); 3. Patients with severe primary diseases such as heart, liver, brain, kidney, and hematopoietic system, as well as cancer and mental illness; 4. Pregnant or preparing pregnant or lactating women; 5. Individuals who are known to be allergic to or severely allergic to this type of drug; 6. Patients who have participated in other clinical drug trials within the past 3 months; 7. Those who have insufficient understanding of this study, are unwilling to participate, or have poor compliance; Non cooperative individuals (those who cannot cooperate with dietary control or do not use medication according to regulations, which affects the determination of efficacy).
