本研究旨在评估通过微信小程序收集喂养和身体活动数据，并进行反馈干预对改善婴幼儿喂养和身体活动行为的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to assess the impact of using a WeChat mini program for collecting data on feeding and movement behavior, as well as providing feedback intervention, with the aim of enhancing these behaviors in infants and young children.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1) 儿童有结构性或遗传的出生缺陷，如神经管畸形、先天性心脏病、苯丙酮尿症等； 2) 主要养育人拒绝提供手机号码和（或）微信号和（或）无法用电话进行随访； 3) 主要养育人拒绝参加。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Children are diagnosed with structural or genetic birth defects, such as neural tube defects, congenital heart disease, phenylketonuria, etc.; 2. Main caregivers refuse to provide a phone number ,WeChat number,or main caregivers are unable to follow up by phone; 3. Main caregivers refuse to participate.
