1 Mendelian Randomization Assessment of Genetic Variants Associated with Oral Microbiota and Ischemic Stroke Outcomes 2 Predictive Model Research for Tongue Imaging, Oral Microbiota, and Ischemic Stroke Outcomes Using Machine Learning

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.TOAST分型为心源性栓塞性、其他明确病因性、原因不明性缺血性中风； 2.脑出血； 3.出血性脑梗死； 4.严重肝肾疾病、血液系统相关疾病或恶性肿瘤； 5.入院前1个月内或入院后使用抗生素、益生元、益生菌等

Exclusion criteria：

1. TOAST classification is cardiac embolic, other definite causes, and unexplained ischemic stroke; 2. Cerebral hemorrhage; 3. Hemorrhagic cerebral infarction; 4. Severe liver and kidney disease, blood system-related disease, or malignant tumor; 5. Antibiotics, prebiotics, probiotics, etc. used within one month before admission or after admission
