研究目的：

1.探讨经皮穴位电刺激对老年腹部手术后谵妄发生的影响 2.比较不同时期经皮穴位电刺激对老年患者术后谵妄的影响 3.对可能的机制进行分析，为临床工作提供依据  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the effect of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation on delirium postoperative in the elders; 2. To compare the effect of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation at different stages on postoperative delirium in elders; 3. Analysis ofpossible mechanisms, provide the basis for clinical work.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

1.分组 采用随机数字表法，按1:1:1比例分为术前经皮穴位电刺激组（E1组）、术中经皮穴位电刺激组（E2组）、对照组（C组），每组30例。 2.实施方案 所有患者由麻醉医师术前1天说明经皮穴位电刺激(Transcutaneous electrical acupointstimulation,TEAS)及麻醉和手术方式，取得患者的理解和信任。患者入室后均给予咪唑安定0.04～0.06mg/kg静脉滴注。 E1组患者麻醉诱导前给予经皮穴位电刺激预处理：选择百会穴、神庭、双侧内关穴以乙醇对患者穴位局部脱脂，将不干凝胶电极贴片直径贴于穴位，连接皮穴位神经刺激仪，频率为2/100 Hz，电刺激强度10mA，采用疏密波(疏波2Hz、密波30Hz)，电流强度以患者能耐受的最大电流为适度，在3～6mA之间调节，持续30min，进行常规麻醉诱导气管插管之后不在给予电刺激。E2组选穴及仪器连接同E1，刺激5min，然后脱开连接，进行常规麻醉诱导气管插管之后继续经皮穴位电刺激，强度为30mA，至手术缝皮。C组：单纯贴电极片，不行电刺激。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

1. grouping Using random number table method, according to 1:1:1 ratio, divided into preoperative transcutaneous electric stimulation group (E1 group), intraoperative transcutaneous electric stimulation group (E2 group), control group (group C), each group 30 cases 2. implementation plan All of the patients by the anesthesiologist preoperative 1 days that transcutaneous electrical stimulation (Transcutaneous electrical, acupointstimulation, TEAS) and anesthesia and surgery, make patients' understanding and trust. Patients were given midazolam 0.04 0.06mg/kg intravenously. E1 group of patients given before induction of anesthesia of transcutaneous electrical stimulation pretreatment: Baihui, shenting, Neiguan point to ethanol on the acupoints of patients with local degreasing, will not dry gel patch diameter onto acupoints, connecting skin acupoint nerve stimulator, the frequency of 2/100 Hz stimulation intensity 10mA, using density wave (sparse wave 2Hz, dense wave 30Hz), maximum current intensity to the patients tolerated as appropriate, in the range of 3 ~ 6mA for 30min, after adjustment, general anesthesia induction and tracheal intubation in the electrical stimulation. In group E2, acupoints and instruments were connected with E1, stimulation of 5min, and then released from the connection. Routine anesthesia was performed to induce tracheal intubation, then transcutaneous electric stimulation was performed at the strength of 30mA, to the skin of the surgical suture
