研究目的：

（1）尿酸盐将要发生关节沉积的预测切点值（尿酸指数值UI）的确立； （2）不同的干预时机和药物，关节的尿酸盐沉积的相关指标改善状况；  

Objectives of Study：

(1) The establishment of the predicted cutoff point value (uric acid index value UI) for the occurrence of joint deposition of urate salts; (2) The improvement of indicators related to urate deposition in joints with different intervention timing and drugs;

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

目的：探讨尿酸沉积指数{高尿酸血症病程（年）与血尿酸（mg/dl）乘积（Uric deposition index，UDI）}对关节尿酸盐结晶的预测价值。 应用我院电子病历检索系统，选取高尿酸血症患者（血尿酸大于420umol/L即7mg/dL），且既往无关节肿胀、疼痛、触痛等典型的痛风发作病史，近12个月未应用过影响尿酸代谢的药物。应用海纳医疗影像信息管理系统（HINA MIIS）筛选出足部进行过双能CT检查的患者。最终纳入了360名患者。应用电子病历检索系统详细收集患者的基本临床资料，包括性别、年龄、血尿酸及发生的病程、血肌酐、同型半胱氨酸、高血压病史、24小时尿尿酸。基线情况：根据同一台双能CT检查提示有无关节尿酸盐结晶，将患者分为两组：阳性组和阴性组。应用SPSS 26.0软件进行数据分析。比较两组的一般资料和实验室检验指标。首先对可能影响关节尿酸盐沉积发生的因素进行单因素分析，筛选出具有统计学意义的影响因素（取P<0.05），采用受试者工作特征（receiver operating characteristic，ROC）曲线分析UDI及UDI联合年龄对关节尿酸盐结晶的预测效能。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Objective: To explore the predictive value of uric acid deposition index (UDI) product of hyperuricemia course (year) and blood uric acid (mg/dl) on joint urate crystallization. Using our hospital's electronic medical record retrieval system, we selected patients with hyperuricemia (blood uric acid greater than 420umol/L, i.e. 7mg/dL) who have no typical history of gout attacks such as joint swelling, pain, or tenderness in the past 12 months and have not used drugs that affect uric acid metabolism. Use the HINA MIIS medical imaging information management system to screen patients who have undergone dual energy CT examinations on their feet. 360 patients were ultimately included. The electronic medical record retrieval system is used to collect detailed basic clinical data of patients, including gender, age, blood uric acid and the course of the disease, blood creatinine, homocysteine, history of hypertension, and 24-hour uric acid. Baseline situation: Based on the presence or absence of urate crystals detected by the same dual energy CT scan, patients were divided into two groups: positive group and negative group. Use SPSS 26.0 software for data analysis. Compare the general information and laboratory test indicators of two groups. Firstly, a univariate analysis was conducted on the factors that may affect the occurrence of joint urate deposition, and statistically significant influencing factors were selected (P<0.05). Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves were used to analyze the predictive power of UDI and UDI combined age on joint urate crystallization.

排除标准：（1）存在智力、精神、认知功能障碍或者其他神经系统功能障碍；（2）服用影响治疗和观察的药物；（3）基础疾病严重；（4）酸中毒；（5）心衰。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: (1) Existence of intellectual, mental, cognitive, or other neurological impairments; (2) Taking medication that affects treatment and observation; (3) Severe underlying diseases; (4) Acidosis; (5) Heart failure.
