研究目的：

论证盆底功能磁刺激治疗压力性尿失禁的临床疗效，以期为临床提供有效、可复制、可推广的治疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

To demonstrate the clinical efficacy of functional magnetic stimulation of pelvic floor in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence, in order to provide an effective, reproducible and extensible treatment plan for the clinic.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.采取其他盆底治疗措施； 2.有神经或精神系统相关病史； 3.存在盆底肌严重损伤、肢体功能障碍、严重心脑血管病； 4.因膀胱尿道损伤造成尿失禁； 5.既往有盆腔手术史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Take other pelvic floor treatment measures; 2. Have a history of neurological or psychiatric problems; 3. There are serious pelvic floor muscle injury, limb dysfunction, serious cardio-cerebral vascular disease; 4. Incontinence due to bladder and urethral injury; 5. Past history of pelvic surgery.

编号1-80，用Excel软件产生80个随机数字，分别匹配至该80个号码。将随机数字按从小到大顺序排列，对应的前40个数字编号为A组（对照组），后40个为B组（磁刺激组）。受试者由信封中抽取编号，由此对应到A或B组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Numbers 1-80. Excel software is used to generate 80 random numbers, which are matched to the 80 numbers. The random numbers are arranged in descending order, with the first 40 corresponding numbers numbered as group A (control group) and the last 40 as group B (magnetic stimulation group). Subjects are numbered from an envelope and assigned to either group A or Group B.
