研究目的：

探讨超声引导下重复ICNB（肋间神经阻滞）对带状疱疹急性疼痛的治疗效果和PHN（带状疱疹后神经痛）的预防效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To determine the effectiveness of one of the most common approaches of ultrasound (US)-guided thoracic paravertebral block (TPVB) or intercostal nerve block (ICNB) for the control of pain during acute herpes zoster (HZ) and possible prophylaxis for post-herpetic neuralgia (PHN).

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.免疫功能障碍； 2.MELD 评分 > 30；肝肾功能障碍； 3.凝血功能障碍； 4.认知障碍； 5.添加镇痛药和妊娠/哺乳期的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Immune dysfunction; 2. MELD score>30, liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Coagulation disorders; 4. Cognitive impairment; 5. Adding analgesics and pregnant/lactating patients.
